Checks come from shared backend IPs with polite pacing, so aggressive firewalls may 403 some URLs that load fine in browsers. Re-check flagged URLs manually before reporting them dead to clients.
URLs pass through the status backend for checking (unavoidable — statuses live on those servers), and results are never stored. The CSV export counts as one Pro download (signed-in free: 2 a day).
Lists cap at 5,000 URLs and are sent in batches of 45; each batch gets up to 3 attempts, waiting the Retry-After seconds on a 429 (~20s default, capped at 65s) before retrying the same batch. The summary flags responses over 1,500ms as slow.
