Accurate Tool Counts — Hidden Redirects No Longer Inflate Directory Numbers

Fixed a significant counting discrepancy across the tools directory. The header claimed '1090+ Free Online Tools' while the results counter showed only '856' — a 234-tool gap caused by hidden SEO redirect stubs (format-pair variants like 'MKV to WEBM') being counted in the total but excluded from the visible results. Now every count on the page — header, subtitle, category sidebars, and results — reflects only tools actually shown.
